2. they should have one of those floorings where the people can see the fish, but the fish can't see the people, so it'll be less stressful on the fish, but tbh, i don't think the fish should be in there in the first place, i would think it'd be pretty stressful on the fish T^T

Koi are actually very friendly fish. Mine were hand fed and knew me but I also didn't swim with them. I'm sure it's stressful with random people who aren't careful there all the time.
