That's good! I'm kind of the same way. I refuse to share my opinion on certain topics because I just don't want the trouble. I don't know how bad that is but fighting takes a lot of energy.

I do find the debate interesting though. One night, my brother and I just had a series of friendly arguments. The only rule was you couldn't let it get out of control (like turning into insults, talking over each other, etc.). The winner is the one who's able to convince the other or make them stumped.

What was even more interesting was we would assign opinions on a topic. Even if we didn't agree with it, we had to find a way to rest our case on why our opinion is the "best". These weren't political or social controversies or anything but fun ones like "Cats or Dogs" or "In-person School or Online School".

But yeah that's true. But we were sitting with our parents and they fell asleep. Somehow they slept through it but they were basically like "you have to stay in this room or you're grounded unless you're going to bed or to the bathroom." LOL

Nope! The funny thing is that they slept through the entire thing!
And we started doing it after they fell asleep. It was really fun too.
