You know those days where you feel fine at home, maybe not 100% but good enough to not be terribly anxious with those you live with, then you go out to run a few errands and you quickly realize that you are definitely not emotionally equipped to handle strangers.Yup that was me today.

The second I drove into the Walmart parking lot my heart sank to my stomach and I had to keep taking deep breaths to prevent myself from tearing up because I really just didn’t want to be out of my house. I just wanted to turn around and go home, but alas I must eat.

Anyways, how was everyone else’s day?

Wing, I really admire your strength and perseverance of pushing through those days - especially during days where you don’t have the motivation or the will to wanting to deal with people (especially a few or some that might ruin your day) in a sense where you feel like wanting to have a mental breakdown. Trust me, I understand that feeling. It’s not easy, but we just need to keep pushing through and find a way to deal with it the best as we can. Although I’m not very good at giving advice, but I just thought why not share my thoughts on it since I can pretty much relate.
