crickets were very acidic but that was how they were seasoned. An Argentinean coworker shared with me. The locusts were very nutty but they were also fried in peanut oil so it makes sense.

Pickled onions straight from the jar Also I’ve made a recipe called “pork stroganoff” which had an odd seeming combo of foods, who would have thought that beef stroganoff should use ground pork and add apples to it with white wine? I wouldn’t have thought of the combo. But I like it.
