I just kinda find it unnecessary, especially for a casual position at aldi. It's not like I can apply anyways, they don't let me hand in the online application unless I have experience (which I don't) so their loss I guessTrue that. Unfortunately with job interview questions, even if you’ve had bad past experiences or have answers that have the ‘negatives’ in it, you will only need to mention the good/positive stuff in your answers to them even if there’s something you don’t like about it or something ‘negative’ that you have experienced, if that makes sense.
