No, probably not considering she gave up her U.S. citizenship a few years back.
Which makes sense since she was raised in Japan and was born to Japanese parents.

Unfortunately, the only other example of a famous person that I know that was born in another place but grew up in another country is SSSniperwolf. She was born in the UK but is definitely American (grew up there). She just hasn't given up her citizenship.

Yep! This ad plays on live TV in the U.S., at least. They cut a whole lot out but you get the idea. Being a Blackpink fan for like 3 years, I recognized it immediately (heck, I was obsessed with this song when it first came out)
