All I said was, I'm done with Kpop, nothing appeals to me, i'm not interested in watching 15 year olds singing "crush this" and "crush that"! Kpop used to be fun, vibrant and entertaining! Now its just a bunch of teenagers acting like their going on 30 for oppars and the likes of marketing ideologies of the western world. Whoever tours the west is better, whoever hits the hot 100 is better, whoever is touring the biggest half-baked stadium is better. Whatever happened to real Kpop? Comebacks used to be events filled with expectations and splendour! Now the choreos are pathetic, the mvs are all the same, the members look like robots, its almost as if no one is putting in the effort anymore, whoever looks better and stares at the camera with the most swag picks up the praises.

so please, don't take this personal but yes, I'm truly done with Kpop. I'm either washed up and over the hill, or I'm saying out loud what most truly think of what this messed up industry has become. I'll let you think about that. As for me dropping by in here every now and then, don't worry, its just a phase, I'll disappear for good eventually, sorry 'bout that :( Its inevitable my friend. take care xox

But how to chit-chat with you when I don't know if you'll come back? You should know that some people here like you and miss you. What is the alternative of KPS? I guess dentist forums aren't that entertaining because what's so funny about pulling teeth? You could join a Metal forum and I'd follow you. But what about the KPS members that don't listen to yelling grumpy old men with long beards?

Apart from single modern K-Pop songs (rarely modern groups) that trigger me, I mainly listen to the 2nd and 3rd generation of K-Pop. Either you like K-Pop or not. It doesn't matter how old the K-Pop groups are or if they still exist. Or do you hear people saying: "The Beatles don't exist anymore. I stop listening to them and talking about them."?

I'll probably never understand the 'Idol-Cult' in K-Pop/J-Pop completely. First and foremost it's about the music and there's no expiration date for good music.
Oh, did you know that you can talk about other Music genres at KPS too?
I guess that quite a few KPS members don't listen only to K-Pop.
