Ultimately, I'd go back to 2019 to tell myself to not take the invitation into that guy's room, he is NOT a fitness trainer and definitely didn't invite you in there to take your weight and measurements.

But on a brighter note, I'd also go back to 2007 to tell myself how great K-pop really is so I can say I stanned K-pop bc of an influx of Asian girls on an unrelated forum. lol
