Sometimes I can't tell if people really love me or just say it because they can. how do you claim to love me when you'll just ignore me again after a while because I'm only worth your concern and love on a conditional basis or if I'm about to freaking die. I only ever felt loved when I exposed myself to people because I only felt validated hearing that I was sexy in someone's eyes even if when I got my clothes back on at the end of the day I couldn't see that myself

umm...you're a minor - you really shouldn't be made to feel love only when exposing yourself (physically)

emotionally yes - when we expose ourselves it can be a raw and powerful experience but regardless you seem to be in a very unhappy situation and I hope everything is right at home and that (I dunno) your parents or someone loves you unconditionally for you

just remember that even if someone doesn't continuously say they love you doesn't mean that they love you any less

I've just done some things I'm not quite proud of recently because in the act of doing them, it felt like the right decision but afterward I felt disgusted with myself and horrible

When someone loves you they make sure you’re both comfortable, they don’t ignore you. As a teenager we want experiences, we want the love and happiness that we see on TV and in books. The truth is being so young, our brains haven't developed fully yet. We are more naive to our feelings. While your partner isn’t thinking of your emotions. S/he probably doesn't care.

Take a step back from that person. They don’t think of you the same way as you think of them… allow yourself to grow as a person. You’re still so young you don’t need much experience, be a kid first. You have plenty of time for romantic love with someone who cares for you.

She's not necessarily the problem she's a nice girl really but it's mostly me not feeling confident in myself and not speaking up when I find issue with something very often + poor communications or in the case of right now no communication

Perhaps she's feeling the same way since she has been ignoring you. You need to meet on neutral ground, perhaps have a third person who knows both of you. Or write her a note/text. The bottom line is you can’t keep this in, it's unhealthy not expressing your emotions.

then you should self-reflect on your actions and make recompense to the person who you wronged...
it doesn't mean compensation as in money but even a heart felt apology can suffice...

also reflecting on your thoughts and behaviours and what made you decide to act that way is important
