Cuz in India, like 80% don't use toilet paper, we use water instead and it feels like others just cant live without toilet paper

I also never see how in the world toilet paper became so common Like why would choose to just wipe over washing? maybe in snowy, cold countries, this is a good thing but even in non-cold countries, they use it. Also isn't toilet paper a huge waste of trees unless its made of recycled paper?

Most toilet paper here is made out of recycled material. There are varying qualities of toilet paper: public bathroom ones are so thin sometimes ugh. It’s the only method I have ever tried, it is just common here.

I don't get how people ever got used to toilet paper, like do you just think "Hey instead of washing with some water, we'll use some paper" and then strangely the whole world just goes with it
