Cereal, egg and cheese sandwiches, pizza, pasta, mac and cheese, breads, and occasionally he can be coerced to eat meat (if it isn't in a sauce that looks like it may have veggies). Those are what make up most of his diet. There's very very few types of produce that we have to really talk him into eating part of, which is carrots, apples, and bananas more or less. He does eat potatoes though. He did recently try a sauce I made that was very produce heavy, but that's because we said it was "spicy sauce" and "forgot" to mention all the fruits and veggies in it.
