I used to have none and struggled with masking when I was little but irl I've figured it out how and when I need to be to get by like at work or just in general but I am very reserved and keep to myself, it's very rare that I'd be completely comfortable with someone and get past just being polite and small talk
what's funny is people tell me I give off the impression of being a people person when I'm nowhere near and half the time I'm internally panicking in situations but I think that's more down to my ability to be a good listener that saves me and that I also like to take the time to understand people and make them feel understood
