No difference in regards to how the forms look but it makes it easier for the staff categories since votes for those categories are counted as 70% staff and 30% non staff. Since staff know more of what goes on behind the scenes compared to what non staff do.

oh yeah thats what I wanted to know! Got it know and I think that makes a lot of sense, as I also thought its really hard to vote for the staff categories, as maybe one person posts more of the thigns and is more visible to us users, but another could work a lot more behind the scenes and we would never know! I'm glad it is that way
