my mom plays the same mobile games all the time ;-; sometimes for a couple hours at a time....my max for those same games is about 10 minutes
i could play pokemon for years though i'm not daily, but i've played for years

I played a mobile bakery game daily(or almost for maybe 10 yrs or more) n stopped when my phone died n was without a phone for a mth or more, restarted on a new phone n continued a while more but finally stopped when I changed phone again n forgot 1 act's password n couldn't reset it. I used 2 access to gift myself items to build ovens during mthly quests, the coins accumulated until it became meaningless so I continued out of inertia/unable to stop myself until I forgot my password.if I restore my previous phone I might retrieve my old password n danger of resuming. I also played other farm/restaurant/dragon/monster n other games for rewards called gems in the bakery game. All stopped now for over a year, I think.

I've played Genshin Impact for over 2.5 years, but they update the game every 6 weeks to add new content so you aren't always stuck doing the same thing

Not exactly, but I play it frequently.

This applies mostly towards Pokemon games because I always end up playing them daily (I used to collect all the pokemon games as kid *I lost a few of them though*).
