Haha this reminds me of on Quotev, the way you had someone update your layout for you (pretty much your aeshetic on your page) was giving them your Quotev password. I mean, they'd do it and not access it again because they were receiving "payment" (which was really follows, hearts on stories, promoting stores, giving credit, etc.) but now that I think about it, it's pretty sketch. Unless you change your password, there's no saying that they won't try to access it again. Man, we had too much trust back then (though I never did it)

Yep! I've had my account since 2017 and I had no idea Harmony had an account over there either so that was something so cool to find out! Quotev is so much better than Wattpad because you can make quizzes on there

Definitely Quotev. You can find something for just about every fandom on the internet. The cool thing about it is that there are a lot of stories that aren't based on any existing story and are entirely someone's creation. There's also a lot that doesn't include characters from a story but includes an existing story's setting and/or lore (like someone can create a story set in Hogwarts with a new set of characters and backstories).

There are also quizzes which not a lot of other fanfic sites have. This is my favorite part of the site and it's so fun to just do quizzes for hours just because. You never get bored of it. There are also polls, tests, etc.

And if you want to make your own, the layout is generally really easy to get the hang of.

You can also collaborate on stories and quizzes. There is a hub of groups that are essential for creators on the site where you can "order" profile layouts (essentially changing your page aesthetics), book covers, photo creation, character help/creation (with OC forms), etc. There's no real payment involved and the forum doesn't have it's on digital currency so your payments are typically something simple like following them and/or accounts they ask you to, a heart on their stories/quizzes, a shoutout/credit on your page/story description for your work, etc. Sometimes they'll do it just for free! You can even order things like drawing commissions and voice actors (I've seen it all lol)

That's very true. And Quotev is strict about alts and that's like the only time the staff actually does something (or to ban an account). And usually, it's inaccurate.

And yeah you're so right about how it's harder to make friends. I think the easiest way is find a user you think is interesting or seems nice and then slide into their DMs LMAO
