For me, It's cooking and baking
For some reason, I like doing these things, however, I can lack sometimes in the process like incorrect measurements or missed a step but I try to do as best as I can in order to finish the process and look at the final outcome.
Sometimes they come out great, sometimes they miss something

For me gymnastics/cheer. Even when I was doing it I realistically wasn’t amazing by their standards at all. By normal people standards yeah but normal people don’t know anything about those sports other than someone does flips

Same with baking.

I can only make banana bread without thinking about it, but I need to triple check ratios and amounts whenever I wanna bake anything else.
Making frostings always stump me and cake decorating. The basics of just spreading a single layer evenly is so hard

Reminds how my sibling told me once that someone in their culinary class added salt to their french toast and no one then would eat it, the person who did ended up eating them but it didnt end well for them either as the food came out of them

okay, i dont understand why this always happens when you think you've cooled the cake down enough and whipped the frosting enough
frosting just never wants to cooperate. It has a mind of it's own.

I like journaling but I can never fully commit to it. I have so many empty diaries just sitting around but I can never muster up the energy to write in them or even complete them. I also want to get better at cooking and baking, hopefully in 2024.
