No school tomorrow! What should I do? (1 Viewer)

There's no school tomorrow due to weather (snow and extremely low temperatures) so what should I do? They got rid of virtual school days (Thank God) so we just have snow days now! And Monday is Martin Luther King Jr. Birthday (so automatically no school but the weather will be so bad that it wouldn't even matter) and Tuesday, I highly doubt there's going to be any school because it's supposed to be the worst day out of all the next 5 days.

So it's very possible we get a 5 day weekend!

The best part? I don't have to make it up because I'm a senior and we stop going to classes earlier than everyone else! Those underclassmen will be wishing that they're us.

So give me some suggestions where I don't have to go anywhere! Feel free to recommend some shows or movies to watch, some games to play, some activities to do, etc.!

Now you're making me sad that I don't have any cats. My dad's allergic and we don't really have any room or time for a pet.

I can't go anywhere though my brother wants to go to the local skating rink somehow with his friends and I would seize that opportunity to hang out with friends (I usually do, either inviting them to go with us or going somewhere else with them. It's always 7-10 Friday nights)

But there's a thunderstorm now and if the thunderstorm lasts long enough, while it's cold, the water will freeze and the roads will become icy. It was actually in the high 50s today and yesterday for some reason. I'm assuming God decided to give us a break before the big winter storm LOL

Just kidding, I'm not and I love cats and would love to own one but I don't know how it would work if my dad visits a lot. His allergy is pretty bad.

I guess I could get a hypoallergenic or hairless cat but those are probably a lot more expensive and you most likely won't be able to find one of those at a shelter.

But I think tomorrow would be a great day for that because most people won't be going anywhere. I also recently got the Fortnite usernames of some of my tablemate friends in one class and it ended up being at just the right time!

All the debate at my school on whether or not we'd go to school tomorrow reminds me of 2020 when we were all debating and betting on whether we'd return to school after spring break (COVID was starting to spread rapidly in the U.S.)

We ended up never coming back and showing up with masks and the choice to be completely virtual the next school year.
