I've showed my brother and it seemed like he was vibing to BTS but was like I was faking it to make you happy (which sounds sweet but he never does stuff like that. Maybe he could've genuinely been trying to make me happy tho). I've never showed it to my parents but they've found out by what I sing and dance to sometimes (and I accidentally play KPOP songs on their accoint because I have access to it with my email and they found it). They listened to Cry for Me and said they didn't like which idk why 😭

I can't find any Korean music they would like. My mom listens to a lot of gospel and soul music and my dad listens to a little bit of everything: hip-hop (especially classic), heavy metal w/ vocals, 80s music, etc. He did think that Agust D's talent was interesting. Like he genuinely didn't know that Koreans could rap so well.
But then he was all like "they stole rap from black people" and I'm just like "What?" LOL

That's good. I mean, we can't force anyone to like anything but I feel like it's not a good thing they like to make fun of me for it. I mean, it makes me happy and isn't hurting anyone so those are two pluses right there.
