Basically it is often misdiagnosed as diverticulitis or appendicitis, and more commonly diagnosed in those assigned male at birth, however I am female. The diagnosis itself is rare to begin with. It causes intense stomach pain and inflammation. Basically blood flow is cut off from sacs in the intestines.

I wish we were still friends. He went to a psych ward basically and I tried to give my contact information to his brother but it never made its way to him.

Nah no cure, just take some naproxen when symptoms get bad,

2.) I once hiked from 8AM to 11PM over 26 miles, ran out of water and have to drink water flowing from under a tree.
