Well boiled means it will most likely be slimy due to all the wetness but I am not sure why it would still feel slimy after stir frying, we fry till it loses the moisture and has shrunken, is that not what u do?

I dont think I have a vegetable I hate, so I`m gonna go with a herb. I hate coriander.

that’s what i do too when i stir fry it, but it still taste weird

must be the seasoning
