I actually knew it was based on rares(which i rmbrd u said so) but it must hv been list to my dreaming brain momentarily(or i thought of it n brushed past it).

Yeah Yuqi 3 got a Legendary in a more recent raffle which the only Legendary update I need to do is the cards for this raffle but Legendaries aren't as important for updating so I'll do it whenever I update my spreadsheet

Im still wondering which batch got legendaries but its too much for me to chk other than spontaneously those i happen to notice(like yuqi 3 legendary).i hv too many lists to keep track of legendaries too.

Well no fair way of doing batches with Legendaries since they were introduced after Rare batch 2 so batches 3-5 haven't had the same time to get Legendary cards

All rare cards can get legendaries, from the moment a set receives rares they are eligible for legendaries
