Not just minors debuting, but literal children. I don't really care that much about a 17-year-old debuting, they're going to do what they're going to do at that age anyway, but UNIS has a member who hasn't turned 13 yet. Dancing and singing should be a fun hobby at that age, not a career.

i havent heard the other 3 u used alot but it is a big thing but no one call ppl out on their behavior which should be changed

3rd one is something I mainly saw with Suju, but also saw on other groups.
2nd and 4th are mainly things I saw with NCT, but happens in a lot of other groups with solo stans

I've always said I have nothing against unfair contracts per se
what I do have is an issue with the lack of transparency in contracts

idols should know what they sign up for and companies should be transparent (even in loopsided unfair contracts) that way the idol has informed consent of what they are getting into.

And then if they get into an unfair contract it's on them since they are aware of it and if they choose not to then that's on them...
