TS is counter-suing Hyosung for 1 billion won aka 850k $ for damages after she won lawsuits against TS for contract termination. TS ent was to terminate her contact and pay her 115k$ for damages. Hyosung originally filed the lawsuits about contract termination in 2017 cause TS ent hasn't been paying her anything since 2015 despite her still having schedules and cause TS ent had refused to negotiate contract termination with her. Also another ex-Secret member Jieun won lawsuits against TS before to get her contract terminated when TS ent had sold rights to her contract to another party without her consent and had also delayed paying her.

I'm just surprised TS gets any trainees. Like constant lawsuits with their idols for overworking them, for not paying them anything or very little, for trying to do stuff without their consent. I feel bad for Sonamoo and whoever is left.

Idk if they've signed any new trainees recently tbh, I guess only people who couldn't get signed elsewhere or are really desperate to debut (although I doubt they'll even get comebacks) would go to TS.
Sonamoo is a really sad situation. They're such a talented group and D.ana esp. should be far more popular and successful than she is already.

They already lost against Hyosung once so I don't think they even have good chance to win. They should have just let her go when she wanted like if they don't have money to pay her why are they trying to keep her, and tbh they should really be looking into their management and fix their shit than focus on these lawsuits. They had two amazing groups and they pretty much destroyed their changes with them, and u'd think they would make sure Sonamoo did well cause they are only one left..

Sadly lot of trainees are in that position, the kpop market is just so oversaturated : / It just sucks when they have all these trainee debts and years of training, then they are worked to bone and don't even get proper pay if any.
