Planning Period: February 19th - February 22nd @1pm KST

❥ Premise
You made it past the 2nd mission? You’re more formidable than I thought! The last challenge is going to be the most fun…for me, at least. What better way to finish the competition than planning a party? Yeah, you heard me right. I’m in a festive mood (and also don’t have many friends) so this would be great for both of us. I haven’t been to a Valentine’s Day party in YEARS.

❥ Task
You and your team will vote on a number between 1 and 5 (majority vote) and that will be your team’s theme for this mission (obviously, one theme will not be used) and then choose a backup number in case your number is taken (if you still pick a number that's been taken, it will be randomized). Once decided, have either your team leader or co-leader tag @LowkeyLoki your number and she will give you your team theme. When all teams have received their theme, it will be revealed in this thread.

You will be responsible for creating a virtual Friend’s Appreciation Day, Valentine’s Day, or Single’s Awareness Day party using any images, videos, or audio you find or make on the internet according to your assigned theme. This party won’t take place, though (unless you want it to), so you won’t have to worry about setting it up for real. You may also use AI generative images as long as you are the one doing the prompt ONLY for these categories: Setting, Decorations, Dessert, and Food (photos). You will need to create Invitations, choose a Setting and Decorations, choose some Food, create a Music Playlist, set a Dress Code, and create some Activities for your guests to partake in.

You will have roughly 3 days (72 hours) to create everything so feel free to separate or combine tasks accordingly! Every member does need to contribute somehow, though (let me and your teammates know if you will be absent, especially if you were assigned or took on a task)

Feel free to put your options either in a shared document with your teammates or share it with me when you have chosen everything.

There will be a 24-hour voting period in which both event-participating and non-participating users can participate. Afterward, everyone will be given points based on their voting positions!

❥ Rules
❥ Don’t be mad with your theme! - Unless there is a specific reason why you can’t do the theme (let me know, of course) that will be the theme that you keep! I am here to help if you need inspiration but overall, it’s up to you.
❥ Stick with your theme - If it makes sense, you could add subthemes (like a costume party, sleepover, mafia party), but it should be within your general assigned theme
❥ Let your team know if you’ll be absent - Especially if were given a task or took on a task, be sure that you can follow through with it! If not, if possible, please be a team player and let your team know ASAP if you won’t be able to finish a task. Even if this includes letting them know you won’t be able to reach a deadline! To eliminate confusion, put it in writing that you’ve agreed to take on a task and that you’ll do your best to follow through with it. Please only agree to take on a task by yourself if you know you will do your best to fulfill it. Stuff happens but just in case, it might be best to work with someone else in your group.
❥ No sensitive information in your party - Anything that includes sensitive subjects such as nudity, war, prejudice, politics, etc. won’t be allowed!

@Tickita suggested that it would be better if you guys had an extra day just in case, especially because you may lose time choosing numbers. Also, even if more people vote that just 3 days is enough, it may help those who need 4 tremendously. (dates are updated in OP)

Just know that the voting period will fall on a Friday!

And a little tip to help you guys out: It will be a lot easier to go through the tasks together and everyone gives their input before moving on instead of splitting the work. It's up to you in the end but it might go much faster that way.

Also, I strongly recommend keeping track of your things in a Google Doc or something collaborative! This is optional but could help against things getting buried.

To share a Google Doc while keeping accounts anonymous, share through link and make anyone who has access to it able to edit it.
