i understand that it's long but for me personally it didn't feel long. i was just blowing through episodes like it was nothing

I agree with this statement One Piece is my favorite big anime, it's been a few years but I'm currently on my 2nd full rewatch of the show (I'm almost at the end of the Marineford arc ;-;). I have so so much love for the characters, their personalities, their growth, and what drives them really inspires me.
One Piece is one that I will never regret watching (or reading), and it holds a special place in my heart for the healing it provides

Yeah you'll have to deal with some old and outdated art for a while but I'm on about episode 480 right now and it has cleared up. I didn't even notice when it changed

I decided to give One Piece a chance 7 year ago and instantly fell in love with it. I did hesitate to watch it be because of how many there were.

The characters and their relationships, the world, the humor, the mystery, the plot, tension, build up, drama. I love all of it.
