I used to have this a lot. I'd often dream of it and a few months later it would happen (like minor things like things in class or something).
I used to get a brief moment of anxiety? But mixed with a sense of familiarity

well when i experience deja vu it makes me feel dizzy and sort of makes me derealize

Dunno whats with others but for me, its just a sense of "this event happened already" even if its the very first time doing that event, it can happen at anytime for anything and its kinda confusing because I know it never happened but yet feel like that

it's so weird because the dream will happen years before then years later a person says or does something and I'm like wait I remember this and know what happens
