Now. Audiobooks/ebooks, music/music videos, offline games, maybe learn some phrases you can use for the trip, sleep. Nothing mind blowing from me, but these can somewhat help.

I once stayed in an airport for 13 hours because my parents thought that it was AM instead of PM. It was a smaller airport so we made our treks around the building a lot. We also didn't buy a lot of food so we had pretty much one big meal and a few lame snacks. But my parents did work and my brother and I were just chilling the whole time. It was a good alternation of sleeping, spending time on our devices, reading, walking and messing around with each other.

ANYWAY...I like to read, sleep, and listen to music on planes and if you have most streaming services or YouTube Premium, you can download videos, episodes, and movies and watch them the whole time.

I have no idea what people did to pass time on planes without smartphones tbh lmao.
