If at home I often scour my cookbooks for fun recipes I haven’t tried yet. I have a fair few so it does take up a fair amount of time (last time power went out it was for 2.5 days and I didn’t have time to get through all my cookbooks).

I would be productive too but most of my stuff is online so...

I'd realistically use mobile data on my phone and just watch YouTube on it.
If I get bored of that, I'd probably read my Bible or another book, workout, write (either in my journal or recreational) or work on physical assignments/study
