1. Pick up dog poop in the back yard because my dogs are full of it.
2. Make lunches for the next few days.
3. Make dinner.
4. Vacuum the basement because I own a German shedder.
5. Do two loads of laundry.
6. Get ready for work.
7. Get to bed at a descent time so I can get up a 5AM and go to work.

Instead I'm sitting here typing this list out and not doing any of that. Procrastination is my greatest super power.

Seriously though, your going to be fine. I don't know what all your circumstances are but don't give up. I didn't really figure it out until late in life but I also had to do it myself. My parents ignored the fact that I had ADHD and offered no help. When I was in my late 30's and I decided to seek help for my ADHD on my own my mother literally said "do you really want that on your record" like it made me some kind of criminal... There's so many resources that were not available when I was a kid that are out there now. Sometimes procrastination is just procrastination, other times it's actual impairments. I went back to college at 37 and did it. I won't say it was easy. It was really hard but I wanted to complete college. Keep trying, don't give up, and keep trying different things. Believe it or not, I actually use procrastination as a tool. I actually do my best work under pressure. I purposefully procrastinate for somethings. Everyone is rooting for you.
