good. :) I think I only ruined a cake once and that was a cake mix (so I dont really want to count that one) lol

cakes I baked so far:
- nut cake (used it as base for an almond cake too)
- chocolate cake
- apple/almond cake
- cheese cake
- carrot cake
- another receipt I use as base and changed with diff kind of fruit etc
- cake in a cup u make in the micowave (I just put in watever lol)

all in vegan

it was great (and really juicy because of the carrots). its just a bit of work because u have to grate all the carrots.

So so many things. Some things I like to bake are zaatar chicken thighs, chicken tajine, cochinta pibil, lasagna, saffron buns, baklava, caramel slice, cannoli cake, basque cheesecake, melomakarona, and alfojores. But this doesn’t even begin to scape the massive pile of things I’ve baked, this doesn’t even cover dishes I bake semi frequently.

Yes, I love to bake. I've baked all sorts of things.

I'm currently working my way through a cupcake cookbook at the moment. It's quite fun to find new recipes that I've not tried.
