1.) Lubbock, Texas - It's bad news for Texans, we're afraid. Only the dullest place on Earth is, apparently, in the Lone Star State. That's according to The World Bucket List, remember. Take it up with them. They've been all over the planet and decided that the rather limited Lubbock is the single most tedious place a person can visit. The issue? There's just not much around. And, being Texas, it's a long way to the next city to find alternatives. That said, if you like a relaxed way of life, with rural surroundings and good, honest people, maybe Lubbock's for you. Just be prepared for some folk to call you boring
