technically as father of kpop and paver of the way I do indeed have a lot of say

but this isn't about me but rather the general concensus about what is considered 5th gen (and not from merely fans)

Well, considering historically the division between generations has always been about the financial situation of South Korean I don't believe it's the 5th gen either.
