I’m going on a trip and I’ll be able to have some foods again that I haven’t had in a while Im going to have Korean Carrot (not from Korea), sirniky (kind of like pancakes but made with a ricotta type/farmers cheese type dairy), pelmeni (a type of boiled dumplings, simple but delicious), plombir (ice cream but it’s super creamy, way more than usual), and priankiky (a gingerbread type cookie but with no ginger usually, the Tula ones are the most famous I think). Probably more that I’m missing too. Should be nice
