I was so prepared to make a phone call because I needed some immunizations before I am expected to start my internship in May... yes this is last minute, I was avoiding talking to humans. However, it has now been 15 minutes and counting on hold and I have lost all confidence to speak to humans ​

certain gov departments down under average roughly 1 hour before getting to speak to someone lol
