Other than super obvious ones, like countries you have ancestry with

I think I know more Georgian cuisine than the average American. I know khachipuri and khinkali. I would be a bit surprised if the average American has heard of the country Georgia, let alone knows a single dish. Both dishes are quite good I must say, I had khachipuri today actually (though a different type than I’m used to)
