Not necessarily-the vet med field is a really shitty field and that is a science field.

Also agree that it’s not always good. Some that come to mind that aren’t lucrative are professors (particularly in certain fields, like math, though they can be paid okay at times) and psychology (if you only have a bachelors then good luck, you basically need a PhD to get anything worthwhile)

You're all good-I think it's just too broad a statement since a lot of degrees can be labeled as science-basically any medical field can be considered scientific as well. Many nurses and then those in vet med don't make a livable wage sadly.
