I am guilty of having done this. But there’s a reason for it I promise! I do know how to use chopsticks and would much prefer to use them. However, my hand has issues and it makes it difficult to perform fine motor skills. And as opposed to getting frustrated, I will occasionally opt for a fork.

nothing against you my friend since:

1. you aren't chinese lol
2. yuqi is 100% chinese
3. she had chopsticks right there - it's in the video itself
4. culturally and traditionally speaking no chinese person would ever ever eat dumplings with anything other than chopsticks (and maybe a spoon if it was in soup) but certainly not a fork
5. you have physical impediments and the fact that you can't/don't know how to use a chopstick lol
