I've lost my health insurance... (1 Viewer)

Which means I've lost my therapist.
I've known this was a possibility for some time, but I thought I was still okay.
I didn't know until I had already gotten to the office.

This facility only accepts one kind of insurance (and self-pay but I cannot afford that), and there's little to no chance I get accepted by that insurance again.
But even I got insurance from somewhere, I wouldn't be able to see my therapist bc of what I previously mentioned...

I'm just not alright right now.
I'm not ready to deal with everything all alone again.
I found out last week, so I've sat with it but man...
