I think it’s the best case scenario cause it seems like 143 was the only company that had plans for the girls anyways

143 Entertainment has since responded to the above report with the statement, "We are still discussing the matter of extending Kep1er's contract with our label artists Kang Yeseo and Mashiro. The discussions continued until yesterday, and we are carefully considering the details."

I was super excited about this. If the girls still have to suffer with Wakeone at least they'll be together... until I realized that Yeseo and Mashiro will probably be the ones to pay by making less money or being over worked for this to happen. If 143 Entertainment lets Yeseo and Mashiro go, the company is going to require compensation for their loss. Yeseo and Mashiro were going to join an already established group and were bringing a great amount of hype with them. Based on how idols tend to get the short end in these situations it probably means Yeseo and Mashiro will make less than the others since they will be the greater expense in keeping Kep1er together. This is probably why negations are still on going. The worst option by far will be Yeseo and Mashiro participating in both groups. I can't imagine the pressure and exhaustion they will be under.

don't fret my friend apparently there's further news today that dispels this announcement and that in fact kep1er are not renewing (or still in talks)????
