Give me some editing websites, I need a website that allows you to edit and add frames and stuff to gifs and image's
Please let me know if you have any cool things!

You can with Photopea but it isn’t exclusively for that and therefore may be harder to pick up than some other sites. I’m not familiar with other sites like that though.

Picsart is one but the mobile app is better than the website.

my go to editors are pixlr and ibis paint x, but ibis is more for drawing and mobile & pixlr doesn't have any free resources like canva or picsart...
