and ten days before a concert, too! I was taking my afternoon walk when I tripped over my feet and fell. I was able to walk home, but now it's gotten worse and I can barely walk without it hurting.

Please poray for me that it heals by the 8th, bc I was really looking forward to this concert.

And I feel you, I tore my ACL the day before my Itzy concert and I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to go. Luckily I was, I just used my knee immobilizer and allowed myself ample time to arrive, given that I had to walk from subway station. It wasn’t too bad

ty Vix. I do remember your whole ACL saga lol no, I don't have crutches, but I have an ACE bandage and my parents are bringing ice and pain meds later.

That’s something Ice is definitely good, I’m assuming it’s swollen to some level? Not to be a mom but do be careful of the time you ice for, I know there’s people out there who think the longer the better but you shouldn’t be doing more than 20 minutes at a time, and allowing a couple hours in between. Ofc this time varies depending on the source but I’ve never seen a good source advocate for more than that. And definitely make sure there’s a barrier between the ice and you, like a towel. You may know this already but not everyone does, so better safe than sorry. I wish you luck in the healing process, keep us all updated!
