It's important to ask: "Create lyrics for a song about ..." instead of "Show me lyrics of a song about..." Otherwise DeepAI might show you lyrics of already existing songs. Using them with AI generators and for your own songs isn't allowed when you want to make them public.

Having said that, I'm not sure about Public Domain texts. I thought about using a quote from a poem by William Blake in one of my songs as an intro. But I need to contact Udio support first. Better safe than sorry: you'll get no legal problems, but Udio staff will delete public songs from accounts when there are copyright issues.

Genre: Your song sound quality pretty good, but Metal and Suno was always a problem for me. The harder the sound was, the more artifacts I got. The sound 'quality' was the main reason why I stopped using Suno. Udio is a bit better in that regard, but it's still not good enough for 'walls of sound' like in Symphonic Metal and Death Metal. Progressive Metal works fine for me, but it shouldn't be harder than Dream Theater's sound on their first albums. Then you'll get a comparatively detailed, but still complex, sound (I didn't expect that any AI - especially in beta status - could do that).
