Noodles w/soup or without I can eat/do both(depending on the dish), but outside Asia/chinese restaurants-u guys r missing out on noodles w/sauce:
Flat rice noodles(or crispy fried noodles/other noodles in chinese cuisine) in Cantonese-style sauce, made with egg stirred in water, is so yum. Also dark soya sauce thick noodles(hei mian/hokkien hei mian) is sinfully good but not very well known in western Asian food establishments(ie Chinese takeaway/maybe panda express type places-i mean not available there as the cooking style is slightly more expert, i cant rlly cook these styles as i nvr tried/learnt; i could cook stir fried flat rice noodles 😉)
without soup. I trad jajangmyeon once not realizing it was a soup dish, and I did not like it. I just don't do soup in general, though, bc it's not all that filling.
