kinda offtopic but what do you study?
I plan to apply for a Dutch art master

Exactly, that's what I thought haha. I can always combine the two in my work. And I want to go on an internship in January but its more difficult to find something when you're in illustration (so that's also a reason why)

Definitely you can. I mean I am a graphic designer but I also do illustration and animation so they work together very well. Good luck, I hope you'll find a nice internship

When it comes to English, I am definitely a messy speaker.
I am alright at it in my native language.

I like to think so. A professor at college once said that a professional has to speak properly; which basically mean using the right words in the right way to get your message across. In my native language and in my country; I am successful most of the times. In English... I don't know for sure.
