minor earthquakes, floods, bushfires

thankfully I’m safe from all of them!

The bushfires mainly occur in certain areas (especially regional) that are extremely extremely far from where I live. I think they only occur during the heatwave season but I could be wrong

Minor earthquakes here happen really rarely thankfully tho (for some reason they seem to most likely occur during the night o.o) but the little ‘shakes’ we get here only last for a few secs

9 year old me thought wearing some sweaters to bed was offensive. To me, at the time, getting me to wear warm clothes ever was difficult, but especially to bed when we’re sleeping under blankets. As I aged I realized it’s not offensive, I’m just being dumb dumb

I was in a blizzard so notorious that it has its own Wiki page! I'll let them do the explaining, but I do have some backstory. My parents and I had just moved to Ohio from NC, and when we arrived in our town (my parents still live there, but I live in the city now), there was like two feet of snow... and counting! Culture shocked would've been an understatement - we weren't prepared at all bc back in NC, the sun was shining an'd the grass and trees were green. Anyway, here's the article:
