Jumping does require some flexibility, depending on what type of track and field you dodepends on what one means part of athletics
Athletics is a group of sporting events that involves competitive running, jumping, throwing, and walking. (from google)
and thus one could argue that flexibility is not part of athletics...
the alternative option is asking what are the skills and requirements of being athletic and maybe flexibility is part of tht
so when you say part of you are referring to the skills and requirements component of the "part of" correct?Jumping does require some flexibility, depending on what type of track and field you do![]()
I just mean overall does someone being more flexible make them any more athletic. There’s definitely more than one right answerso when you say part of you are referring to the skills and requirements component of the "part of" correct?
