It’s basically about card games on motorcycles in a dystopian future where Domino City (the same city from DM and GX) got split into two parts after a catastrophe occurred 17 years ago.

There is also an important plot where the main character and 4-5 other characters have a mark on their arm with a specific dragon part (Head, Wings, Left Claw, Right Claw, Tail, and Heart *the last sign appears very late in the anime*). They are known as Signers, who are people who are connected to the Crimson Dragon. These Signers have to fight against different types of evil.

I like the stories on real people, its scarier, I watch the crazy ways people died, got lost and found or terrifying encounters and stuff

Very interesting. I also like stories about people that gone unexplained (I think they call them 'Missing 411' cases in the US) and unsolved true crime cases. I can't even guess how many articles and books I read about Jack the Ripper. I even visited the murder locations in Whitechapel (personal, not just in Google Street View).

i have l;stened to those cases, they are cool sometimes i get so invested in a certain criminal or victim and wanna know everything on them

No, not that I know of. Probably evil ghosts search for victims to scare the hell out of them, but I'm just curious. I would ask too many questions.

Me: "How is the other side? Do you still wear clothes there, do you eat and drink, do you listen to music? Do you know K-Pop groups there? If you want to reincarnate, do you need to fill out forms? Can I reincarnate as Batman or Wolverine too? Does Jesus decorate the tree when you celebrate Christmas? Did you see Elvis or is he really still alive? And do you have cookies there, although it's not the dark side?"
