honestly gmail is smart cause even if u dont use it often u get lots of confirmation emails there so it's a must

Nothing much just tells u how many trackers and ads have been blocked since the day u installed it, how many seconds, minutes or hours have been saved and stats stuff, also on insecure sites, it warns you
