I never understood why people interrupt others doing dance covers (1 Viewer)

I have seen a few videos of people doing dance covers of kpop songs and these strangers come up and try to mock them or get their 15 second sof fame. Like genuinely what is the point? ​

Because that's what people do. If there's music and people dancing, isn't it natural (for extroverts maybe) to dance along?

I'm assuming this is about dances in public, which I mean, that's what happens.
Most of the dudes i've seen in those clips just try to dance along (but they fail miserably)
If the dancers don't like it, they should film in a private area or a part in public that's less crowded.
Like I've seen people dance on Times Square and then write in the comment section "oooh this dude was disrespecting us"

i like to watch dance covers in public but this just annoys me so bad.
If you don't want people dancing or staring at you, then what's the point of dancing in public?

I've seen a whole compilation of them. What bothers me personally is when people walk THROUGH a group of dancers when they clearly could've went another way. That's rude

it's not about people dancing or staring, it's about the people that go out of their way to walk in the middle of the dancers to ruin their video, the ones that hit the camera on purpose, yell sexualizing comments, etc. no one cares and in fact people love to see circles of people around dance cover groups.. but don't catcall the dancers. don't get in front of the camera and cover the view, don't push people, just be normal

it is, those people don't deserve the hate they get in the comments
once saw 3 dudes try to dance along to a cutesy gg song and i hope they never have bad hair days for the rest of their lives
