YES, especially when it's usually quiet, like in a waiting room! I had a guy sitting next to me at the shrink's office one day, playing some rap song on his phone, and it took everything inside me not to tell him off.

I was once at my gyno and a lady in the lobby had her phone on speaker having a private conversation with someone on the phone. We are at a doctor's office....wtaf are you DOING!?!?
